JE Pistons has been a leader in forged racing pistons for over 75 years, and they've put that experience into this set of pistons for the GM 2.0L Turbo ECOTEC LTG engine. If you're rebuilding the top end of your engine for high-performance use, these pistons are built to handle the demands. They are forged in the USA using 2618 aluminum, which gives them the high tensile strength needed for serious performance applications.

This set features a 9.5:1 compression ratio with a -1.5cc dish, and a bore size of 86.5mm. JE Pistons uses a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design that helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width. Depending on the application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, which improves ring seal for more consistent power. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, can further reduce friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, while also cutting down on operating noise.
