JE Pistons Honda B-Series Ultra Series Flat Top 81mm Bore Piston Kit (Set of 4)

This kit includes four JE Pistons Ultra Series flat-top pistons, designed for Honda B-Series engines with an 81mm bore. These aren't your average pistons; they're built from the ground up to handle the extreme cylinder pressures found in high-horsepower, boosted engine builds. If you're pushing your B-series hard, these pistons are engineered to keep up.

JE Pistons uses their proprietary Aligned Grain Flow forging process, which significantly increases tensile strength to stand up to serious stress. They also come with a thermal barrier crown coating that reflects heat back into the combustion chamber, helping to keep piston temperatures down and improve how efficiently the engine burns fuel. On the sides, a special skirt coating reduces friction and wear against the cylinder walls, which also helps quiet things down, especially when the engine is cold. Plus, they've got lateral gas ports to help maintain a solid seal on the top compression ring, even when you're dealing with high RPMs and significant boost pressure. These pistons are made 100% in the USA.

Included with the pistons are high-strength, thick-wall wrist pins from Trend Performance, also made in the USA, and they feature optimized pin oiling to ensure everything stays well-lubricated under demanding conditions. This kit is specifically for builds aiming for high horsepower and is not CARB approved, meaning it cannot be shipped to California.
