JE Pistons LS ASYM DISH/INV DM Set of 8 Pistons

These pistons are made from 2618 aluminum, which gives them the high tensile strength needed for demanding performance applications. They feature JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps reduce friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, also saving weight. Depending on the specific application, you might also find an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, leading to better ring seal and consistent power. Some applications also include a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, which can also help quiet down the engine.

This kit includes everything you need for an 8-cylinder engine, with a 4.005-inch bore size. Remember, these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. They are designed for high-performance use and are made entirely in the USA.
