JE Pistons LS ASYM DISH/INV DM Set of 8 Pistons

If you're rebuilding the heart of your LS engine for serious performance, a set of forged pistons is a critical component. These JE Pistons are built for high-demand applications, offering the strength and durability needed to handle increased power and stress. They are forged and machined entirely in the USA, using 2618 aluminum, a material known for its high tensile strength, making it ideal for performance builds.

JE Pistons has applied decades of experience to create these specific pistons for LS engines. They feature a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps reduce friction and save weight by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help control combustion gas pressure, leading to better ring seal and consistent power. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the cylinder walls, contributing to a quieter operation and longer life.

This set includes eight pistons, designed for a 4.125-inch bore and featuring an inverted dome/dish design with a volume of 12.20 cc. The wrist pin diameter is 0.927 inches, and the compression distance is 1.115 inches. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
