JE Pistons LS ASYM FT Set of 8 Pistons - 4.080 Bore -5 Dome Volume

This JE Pistons kit includes a full set of 8 forged pistons, designed for LS engines with a 4.080 inch bore and a -5cc dome volume. These pistons are forged in the USA using 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is essential for high-demand performance applications. JE Pistons has over 75 years of experience in racing pistons, and these are engineered specifically for each engine and racing application to offer a strong combination of durability and performance.

Each piston features JE Pistons' proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design. This design helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, which also saves weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, preventing ring flutter and improving ring seal for consistent power delivery. Some applications also feature a skirt coating that reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, while also lowering operating noise. These pistons are made 100% in the USA.
