Forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons are built for high-demand performance applications. This set is specifically designed for the LS7 engine, featuring a 4.125-inch bore and a flat-top design with a -2.00cc dish. The 2618 aluminum alloy provides the high tensile strength needed to withstand the rigors of performance builds, ensuring durability when you push your engine hard.

JE Pistons incorporates their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width. This design also saves weight by utilizing a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, reducing ring flutter and improving ring seal for consistent power delivery. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to a quieter operating engine.
