JE Pistons NASCAR CANADA SBF Set of 8 Pistons

JE Pistons is known for its forged racing pistons, bringing over 75 years of experience to domestic engine builds. This set of eight NASCAR CANADA SBF pistons is engineered, forged, and machined 100% in the USA, using 2618 aluminum for the high tensile strength needed in demanding performance applications. They are designed specifically for each engine and use application to offer an optimized combination of durability and performance, proven time and again in racing victories.

This piston set features a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design. This design helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, which also saves weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, which can reduce ring flutter and improve ring seal for more consistent power. Some applications also feature a skirt coating that reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, while also lowering operating noise.

This kit includes eight pistons with an inverted dome/dish design, a 4.030 inch bore, a 1.769 inch compression distance, and a 0.912 inch wrist pin. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
