These JE Pistons are forged from 2618 aluminum, a material known for its high tensile strength, making them well-suited for demanding applications where stock pistons just won't hold up. They're designed specifically for the Nissan VQ35DE engine, ensuring they work with your existing setup while offering improved durability and performance.

JE Pistons has been making performance pistons for a long time, and they build these right here in the USA. They use a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design that helps cut down on friction and weight by reducing the skirt width. Some applications also get an accumulator groove, which helps keep combustion gases from causing issues with the piston rings, leading to a better seal and more consistent power. You'll also find a skirt coating on some applications, which further reduces friction and noise while helping to protect the cylinder walls.
