JE Pistons NISN KA24DE 11.0 KIT Set of 4 Pistons

Forged from 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons are built for the demanding KA24DE engine in your 1991-1998 Nissan 240SX. This material choice means they have the high tensile strength needed for performance applications where stock pistons might not hold up. JE Pistons has been making forged pistons for over 75 years, and they engineer these specifically for the KA24DE to give you a solid combination of durability and performance.

This kit includes a set of four pistons featuring JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design. This design helps reduce friction and weight by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, which can also contribute to saving weight. Depending on the specific application, you might also find an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and keeping power consistent. Some applications also include a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear on the cylinder walls, which can also quiet down engine noise. Everything is made 100% in the USA, and this kit comes complete with high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings.

This set is designed for an 11.00:1 compression ratio with an inverted dome/dish piston shape and a 3.524-inch bore. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. If you're rebuilding the top end of your KA24DE for performance, this is a well-built option.
