This kit gives you a full set of four forged pistons, complete with high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. These pistons are specifically made for the Nissan KA24DE engine, with an 89mm bore and a 9.0:1 compression ratio, featuring a -21.8cc inverted dome design. They are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial for engines pushed hard in performance applications.

JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to these components, engineering and machining them entirely in the USA. They feature a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps reduce friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, also saving weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to manage combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and maintaining consistent power. A skirt coating, if included for your application, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.
