This JE Pistons kit includes a set of four forged pistons specifically made for the Nissan SR20DET engine. You'll get the pistons themselves, along with high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings, all ready for installation. These pistons are designed with a 10.0:1 compression ratio and a -2.2cc dome, featuring an 86.25mm bore, which is 0.25mm oversize from the standard bore size.

Crafted from 2618 aluminum in the USA, these pistons are built for demanding performance applications where strength and durability are critical. JE Pistons uses a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design, which helps reduce friction and skirt width for a lighter piston and potentially less power loss. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also feature an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and reducing flutter. A skirt coating, if included for this application, further reduces friction and noise while minimizing wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls.
