JE Pistons Nissan SR20VE Ultra Series Set of 4 Pistons

This is a set of four JE Pistons Ultra Series pistons, designed for Nissan SR20VE engines. You get the pistons themselves, ready for installation in your performance build. These aren't your average pistons; they're built with JE's proprietary Aligned Grain Flow forging technology, which is exclusive to their Ultra Series. This process significantly increases tensile strength, making them well-suited to handle the intense cylinder pressures found in engines running high boost or other power adders.

Beyond the core forging strength, these pistons come with custom-level features you'd typically only find in a full custom build. They have a thermal barrier crown coating, which is a ceramic-based material that reflects heat back into the combustion chamber. This helps keep piston crown temperatures down and can improve how efficiently exhaust gases are scavenged. The skirts are coated to reduce friction and wear against the cylinder walls, which also helps quiet down engine noise, especially when the engine is cold. JE Pistons also enhanced the pin oiling features to ensure the wrist pins, bores, and connecting rod small ends stay well-lubricated, reducing heat and friction.
