They are forged in the USA using 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is essential for engines pushed to their limits in racing or high-performance applications.

JE Pistons has incorporated their proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width. This design, along with a shorter wrist pin, also contributes to saving weight.
