Forged from 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons are built for high-demand performance applications. They feature a 95.5mm bore and a -12.6cc dish, designed specifically for the Nissan VQ35DE engine. This material choice provides the high tensile strength needed to handle the stresses of performance tuning and racing.

JE Pistons applies over 75 years of experience to create pistons that offer a strong combination of durability and performance. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design helps minimize friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin, which also saves weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may include an accumulator groove to reduce combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and preventing ring flutter for consistent power delivery. A skirt coating, also application-dependent, further reduces friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation.
