Forged from 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons are built to handle the demands of a high-performance Nissan VR38DETT engine. This stroker piston kit is designed to increase displacement, giving your engine more potential for power. The -12cc inverted dome design is specifically tailored for this engine application, working in conjunction with your cylinder head to achieve a 9.00:1 compression ratio, which is ideal for boosted applications where detonation control is key.

JE Pistons brings over 75 years of experience to the table, engineering and machining these pistons entirely in the USA. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design helps minimize friction and power loss by reducing skirt width and using a shorter wrist pin, which also saves weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also feature an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal and preventing flutter. A skirt coating, if included for this application, further reduces friction and wear on the cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation and longer life.

This kit includes everything you need to get your engine rebuilt: six pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. These pistons are made for specific engine and use applications, ensuring optimized performance and durability for your VR38DETT build.
