Crafted from 2618 aluminum right here in the USA, these pistons have the high tensile strength needed for demanding applications. They feature JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, which helps cut down on friction and power loss by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin, saving weight too. Depending on your specific engine application, you might also get an accumulator groove to help manage combustion gas pressure, leading to better ring seal and consistent power. Some applications also include a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear, which can also quiet down the engine operation.

This kit comes complete with everything you need to get your engine rebuilt: six pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE's Pro Seal premium piston rings. They are designed for a 4.016-inch bore and a 12.50:1 compression ratio with a dome piston. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
