This is a set of 8 JE Pistons, specifically the SBC FSR TOUR SERS GP model, designed for Small Block Chevrolet engines. You get the pistons themselves, ready to be installed in your build. These pistons are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, making them well-suited for high-demand performance applications where durability is key.

JE Pistons has applied over 75 years of experience to these components. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design is notable for minimizing friction and power loss by using a reduced skirt width. This design, along with a shorter wrist pin, also helps save additional weight. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also feature an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, which can improve ring seal and maintain consistent power. Some applications also include a skirt coating designed to reduce friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, which can also lead to quieter operation.

This particular set is designed for a 4.045 inch bore, features a flat top design, and includes a 0.927 inch wrist pin.
