If you're building a high-performance Small Block Chevrolet engine, JE Pistons has a well-built set of forged pistons designed to handle the demands of racing. This set, part number 281852, is specifically crafted for SBC engines and features JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design. This advanced forging minimizes friction and power loss by reducing skirt width, and it further saves weight with a shorter wrist pin.

These pistons are forged from 2618 aluminum right here in the USA, a material chosen for its high tensile strength, which is crucial for engines pushed to their limits. JE Pistons applies over 75 years of experience to ensure each piston is optimized for its specific engine and racing application, aiming for the best combination of durability and performance.
