You also get a skirt coating that works to reduce friction and wear on both the piston skirts and cylinder walls, which also helps quiet things down, especially during a cold start. Plus, they've got lateral gas ports to help maintain a strong ring seal even when you're running high RPMs and significant boost, keeping that power-producing compression where it belongs.

This set includes four pistons, each with a 3.425-inch bore, and they're made from 2618 aluminum.
