These pistons come equipped with features you'd typically only find on custom-ordered parts. The thermal barrier crown coating helps reflect heat back into the combustion chamber, which can improve efficiency and reduce piston crown temperatures. You also get a skirt coating that works to reduce friction and wear on the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation, especially when the engine is cold. For maintaining a solid ring seal under high RPM and boost, lateral gas ports are included. The set also features optimized pin oiling to ensure the wrist pins and bores stay well-lubricated, reducing heat and wear. These pistons are made 100% in the USA, including the high-strength Trend Performance wrist pins.

This set is specifically for a 4.070 inch bore and includes pistons with an inverted dome/dish design. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
