JE Pistons VW2.0T FS1 10.25:1 KIT Set of 4 Pistons

If you're rebuilding the engine in your 2006-2008 Audi A3, 2005-2006 Audi A4, 2006-2008 Volkswagen GTI, or a similar 2.0T FSI vehicle, these JE Pistons are a solid choice. This is a complete set of four forged pistons designed to handle the demands of performance applications. They replace your stock pistons with a well-built component that offers improved durability and performance for your engine.

JE Pistons has been making performance pistons for a long time, and these are forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, which is known for its high tensile strength, making it suitable for high-stress engine builds. They feature a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design that helps minimize friction and reduce weight by using a narrower skirt and a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the specific application, these pistons may also include an accumulator groove to help reduce combustion gas pressure, which can improve ring seal and keep power consistent. Some applications also get a skirt coating to further reduce friction and wear, while also quieting down the engine operation.

This kit comes with everything you need to install the pistons: the pistons themselves, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. The bore size is 3.268 inches, and they are designed for a 20mm pin. Please note that these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
