When you're out on the trail, the last thing you want is to lose steering control. The factory steering stabilizer on your Jeep Wrangler JK is mounted low on the front axle, making it really vulnerable to impacts from rocks and debris. This JKS Manufacturing High Mount Steering Stabilizer Bracket moves that stabilizer up higher, giving it much better protection so it's less likely to get damaged when you're off-roading.

This bracket is made from thick, 0.25-inch steel and is designed to be welded onto your OE track bar bracket. This not only provides a strong mounting point for the stabilizer but also reinforces the track bar bracket itself, helping to prevent fatigue and failure. It comes with a robust mounting stud and hardware for a secure installation, and a zinc finish helps protect it from corrosion. While welding is recommended for maximum strength, an optional bolt-on installation is available for lighter use.

Keep in mind that for 2010 and newer Wranglers, you'll need the JKS stabilizer tie rod mount (part # JKSOGS924) to complete the installation. It's also recommended for 2007-2009 models.
