JKS Manufacturing Bar Pin Eliminators

Starting with the nearly ½” of additional shock absorber down travel this kit offers, the JKS Bar Pin Eliminator kit is designed to improve the rear upper shock mounts on your Jeep Wrangler JK. This system converts the factory bar pin style shock mount to a standard EB1 eyelet style, which is a common setup for many aftermarket shocks. The kit includes heavy-duty cross pins and mount blocks, all manufactured from premium grade steel that's zinc-coated to resist corrosion.

Beyond just allowing for different shock types and increasing travel, this kit also works to improve shock performance and longevity. The design cradles the shock absorber bushing properly, preventing the transfer of noise and vibration that can come from movement between the bushing and the original bar pin. Machined bushing surfaces help reduce friction and wear, while still retaining the original mounting alignment to avoid putting stress on the shock absorber and its bushing. This means your shocks can work as intended for longer.
