With this JKS Manufacturing shock mount conversion kit, you get a pair of heavy duty brackets designed to upgrade your Jeep's front upper shock mounts. This kit lets you use professional off-road racing shocks, and it also gives you almost a half-inch more shock absorber down travel. The design cradles the shock absorber bushing properly, which helps reduce noise and vibration transfer from bushing movement, leading to better performance and longer shock life. Machined bushing surfaces cut down on friction and wear, while the original mounting alignment is kept to avoid putting stress on the shock absorber and bushing. These brackets are made from well-built steel and have a zinc coating to resist corrosion, and they work with both original equipment and aftermarket performance shocks.
