This K&N AirCharger performance intake system is built to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing on your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with the V8-5.7L engine. By smoothing and straightening the airflow into your engine, this system allows for a larger volume of air to be drawn in, which can result in more usable power and better acceleration across the entire RPM range.
The kit includes a K&N high-flow air filter, which features a vented design and a carbon fiber top. This filter is designed to last up to 100,000 miles before needing service, depending on your driving conditions. The custom-molded intake tube is designed to work with the filter for a direct airflow path. Installation is generally straightforward and can often be completed in 90 minutes or less.
