K&N 04 Ford Ranger / Mazda B4000 V6-4.0L Performance Intake Kit

This K&N performance intake kit is made for your 2004-2011 Ford Ranger or 2004-2009 Mazda B4000 with the V6-4.0L engine. It's designed to help your engine breathe easier by replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a more efficient system. By increasing the volume of air going into your engine, you can expect a noticeable boost in both horsepower and torque.

The kit features a rotationally-molded tube made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which helps direct cooler air into the engine. It also includes a custom heat shield to block hot air from the engine bay, ensuring your engine gets the densest air possible. The oversized, conical air filter uses oiled cotton media, which is washable and reusable. K&N states you can go up to 100,000 miles between servicing the filter under normal highway driving conditions. Installation is typically straightforward and can often be completed in under an hour.
