This K&N Typhoon Short Ram Intake system includes a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, a washable and reusable High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media, and a custom heat shield or air box. It's designed to fit a range of Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, including models like the 2009-2013 Audi A3, 2009-2010 Volkswagen Passat, and 2009-2013 Volkswagen GTI.

The aluminum intake tube is mandrel-bent to ensure smooth airflow, which helps the engine breathe easier. The oversized, conical air filter is built with oiled cotton media and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings under normal highway driving. A custom heat shield or air box is included to help block hot air from the engine bay, ensuring cooler intake temperatures. This system is protected by the K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty.
