K&N 15-18 CAN-AM Maverick 976CC Performance Intake Kit

K&N Engineering is well-known for making performance air filters and intake systems that help engines breathe better. This 57-1135 performance intake kit is built for a range of Can-Am Maverick 1000 models, including the 1000R DPS and 1000R X ds. It replaces your stock air filter and intake housing to let more air into the engine, which can result in a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque.

The intake tube is designed to fit with the factory crank case vent hose and is shaped to help direct air smoothly into the throttle body. It comes with K&N's washable and reusable High-Flow Air Filter, which uses oiled cotton media. This oversized, conical filter is protected by an air box that fits into the original location. With normal highway driving, you can go up to 100,000 miles before needing to service the filter.
