K&N 17-18 Subaru Impreza 2.0L H4 F/I Typhoon Short Ram Intake

This K&N Typhoon Short Ram Intake system is designed for your 2017-2025 Subaru Impreza with the 2.0L H4 F/I engine. What you get in the box is the complete kit: a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, a washable and reusable K&N High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media, and a custom heat shield or air box to help keep engine bay heat away from the intake air. This setup is built to give you a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque.

The aluminum intake tube is constructed for smooth airflow, and the oversized, conical air filter is designed to capture more air than a stock filter. K&N claims you can go up to 100,000 miles between servicing the filter under normal highway driving conditions. The custom heat shield or air box is a key part of this system, working to isolate the filter from the hot air generated in the engine bay, which helps ensure cooler, denser air enters the engine for better performance. Installation is typically straightforward and can often be completed in under 90 minutes.
