This kit includes a chrome-topped K&N high-flow conical air filter and a heat shield designed to fit into the original air box location. The specially shaped intake tube guides the air directly into the throttle body. The oversized cone filter is designed to last up to 100,000 miles before needing service, depending on your driving conditions. Installation is generally straightforward, using existing factory mounting points and accommodating the factory mass air sensor. Most installations can be completed in 90 minutes or less with common hand tools.
