K&N 99-04 Chevy Impala / Pontiac Grand Prix V6-3.8L Performance Intake Kit

This K&N 57-3045 performance cold air intake system is made for your 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala, 2000-2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, or 1999-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix with the V6-3.8L engine. It's designed to help your engine breathe easier by replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a more efficient system. This means a guaranteed increase in both horsepower and torque, giving your car a more responsive feel.

The system uses a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube that's rotationally molded to help increase the volume of air going into your engine. It comes with K&N's washable and reusable High-Flow Air Filter, which features oiled cotton media. This oversized, conical filter is built to last, allowing you to go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield is included to help block hot air from the engine bay, ensuring your engine gets cooler, denser air for better performance. The entire kit is designed for a direct fit and can typically be installed in under an hour.
