Product Details
This K&N cold air intake system uses a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube, which is designed to increase the volume of air flowing into your engine. This improved airflow is guaranteed to result in an increase in both horsepower and torque for your V10 6.8L engine.
The system includes a washable and reusable High-Flow Air Filter with oiled cotton media. Its oversized, conical shape is engineered to allow for service intervals of up to 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield is also included to help block hot air from the engine bay, ensuring cooler intake temperatures. Installation is typically straightforward and can often be completed in under 60 minutes.
