How often should I clean and re-oil my K&N air filter?

The cleaning interval depends on your driving conditions. In normal street use, cleaning every 50,000 miles is sufficient. If you drive in dusty conditions, you may need to clean it more often.

What is the flange made of?

The flange is constructed from ultra-strong, molded, pliable rubber. This material absorbs vibration and allows the filter to be securely attached to your intake.

Can I use this filter on my vehicle in California?

This filter is not CARB-approved, so it cannot be used on pollution-controlled vehicles in California. Check your local regulations for compliance.
