Product Details
This K&N Powersports oil filter uses a modern synthetic filter media, which is designed to let oil flow through with less pressure drop while still providing excellent filtration. It's built to meet or exceed OEM specifications for a wide range of Harley-Davidson and Buell motorcycles, including models like the Harley-Davidson Road King and Buell X1 Lightning.
The heavy-duty, chrome-plated metal canister is built to handle tough conditions, and most of these filters include a 17 mm nut on the end. This nut makes removal much easier than with filters that only have the canister to grip. For racers, the 17 mm nut is also cross-drilled, allowing you to safety wire the filter to your bike, which is approved by MotoAmerica and the AMA.
