KC HiLiTES 2025 Toyota 4Runner Platform One Roof Rack

KC HiLiTES gives you the Platform One™ Roof Rack, a hybrid system built for the 2025 Toyota 4Runner. This rack combines the rugged capability of a modular platform with a sleek, contoured sheet metal design that fits the new 4Runner body style. It’s made in Arizona using over 90% U.S.-sourced materials, featuring proprietary aluminum extrusions and precision-cut side rails. This rack is designed to be Power-Ready™, with built-in channels for wiring that make installing lights and solar panels much simpler. You can mount KC's Gravity® Titan™ or Pro6® overhead light bars, and up to four flush-mount Profile 10" SideCast™ lights for 360-degree illumination.

Installation is straightforward because it bolts directly to your 4Runner's factory mounting points, so no drilling or permanent modifications are needed. It uses a custom bumpstop tensioning system for a secure, long-term fit, even on rough terrain. The cross-members are fully configurable, and the slotted upper deck lets you attach gear and accessories using standard M8 hardware. While this rack is built for heavy loads and long adventures, remember that the total weight of the rack and your cargo should not exceed your vehicle's OEM roof load rating.

In the box, you'll receive the Platform One Roof Rack itself, a set of side blackout plates (if you aren't installing the optional Profile 10" SideCast lights), and all the necessary mounting hardware.
