Ford's Raptor R packs the 5.2L supercharged V8 from the GT500, and this Kooks catted connection pipe set is built to handle the exhaust flow that engine produces. Fitting the 2022-2025 Ford F-150 Raptor R, these 3-inch T304 stainless steel pipes bridge the gap between Kooks long tube headers and the OEM exhaust system, with Ultra-GREEN catalytic converters included for street-use compliance.

Kooks builds every piece from T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, the same material they use across their NHRA and NASCAR-proven product lines. The Ultra-GREEN cats represent a higher grade of catalytic converter in the Kooks lineup, and all hardware is included for installation. The pipes connect the Kooks headers directly to the factory exhaust, so you do not need a full exhaust replacement to benefit from long tube headers.

This is a purpose-built piece for the Raptor R specifically -- it must be used with Kooks long tube headers and will not work with factory exhaust manifolds. Kooks also recommends the use of O2 spacers (part number 9003A) for proper sensor clearance.
