All Kraftwerks supercharger systems feature advanced technology and our 2019 to 2021 Yamaha YXZ 1000R Supercharger System is no different. With a centrifugal supercharger unit at its core, our kit offers superior reliability and huge power gains with zero boost lag. Due to its unique frictional planetary roller drive, the compressor produces boost with greater efficiency and cooler air temperatures than traditional forced induction methods. The supercharger provides smooth, linear, instant power delivery through the entire rev range to give predictable, precise control during throttle input. This allows complete command over engine power, whether crawling through a boulder-filled trail or attempting to conquer the highest hilltop. Boost is raised to 7.5psi, 2 psi higher than previous years, thanks to Yamaha's inclusion of upgraded GYTR connecting rods in this generation YXZ 1000R. In-house dyno testing showed power increasing to 140 wheel horsepower in stock trim- A 60% power increase over factory! Additionally, higher power levels can easily be achieved with sufficient header and exhaust upgrades
