KW 2020+ Audi Q4 (FZ) 4WD Sportback e-Tron w/Electronic Dampers V3 Coilover Kit

The KW V3 coilover kit starts with a patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This system allows oil to flow through an adjustable bypass during slow damper speeds, and then opens a main valve for maximum fluid displacement at higher speeds. This level of control over rebound damping helps reduce pitching and rolling during acceleration, braking, and cornering, which can shorten braking distances and improve overall stability.

Beyond the rebound control, the V3 kit also features TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression - Adjustable) technology. This patented compression valve allows for fine-tuning of low-speed damping. When piston speeds are sudden and high, a low-speed needle and main valve blow-off feature open to maximize flow. This independent adjustment of compression and rebound damping means you can customize the suspension to your specific driving preferences or any vehicle changes, like altered rigidity or tire characteristics, without negatively impacting other aspects of the suspension's performance. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation and ensuring strength.

These coilovers are built with Inox-Line Stainless Steel, offering permanent corrosion resistance that won't wear off during adjustments, giving the struts an effectively unlimited lifespan. Each KW V3 coilover kit is hand-built in Germany and individually serial-numbered. Before leaving the factory, each damper is dyno-tested to ensure accuracy and preset to KW's recommended settings for your specific application, providing a solid foundation for performance tuning.
