KW 2022+ Volkswagen GTI (Incl. Clubsport) V3 Clubsport Coilover Kit

The KW V3 Clubsport coilover kit uses a composite spring perch, which is made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite with a stainless-steel insert. This design helps prevent oxidation while the stainless-steel insert keeps the perch strong. This kit is built for vehicles running DOT-R or similar ultra-high-performance tires, making it a solid choice for street cars that see track time, like at HPDE events, time attack, or club racing. The suspension is specifically tuned on tracks like the Nordschleife, and the adjustable ride height lets you fine-tune corner weights or make setup changes easily.

What really sets these apart is the TVR-A and TVC-A valve technology. This system gives you separate control over rebound and compression damping. The TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology allows oil to bypass an adjustable, conical low-speed valve during slow damper speeds, but at higher speeds, the main rebound valve opens up for maximum fluid flow. The TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression - Adjustable) technology has a patented compression valve that lets you fine-tune low-speed settings. For sudden high piston speeds, the low-speed needle and main valve blow-off feature open to maximize flow. This extensive adjustment range directly influences steering behavior, directional stability, grip, and handling characteristics, giving you confident and repeatable results when you're pushing the limits.

These coilovers are built with Inox-Line Stainless Steel, which means they are truly permanent corrosion resistant and the coatings won't wear off when you adjust the suspension, giving the struts an unlimited lifespan. The kit also includes solid aluminum unibal top mounts that improve steering feedback by minimizing deflection and offer camber adjustability.
