KW engineers develop a specific damper setup and spring rate for each vehicle, drawing on extensive testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife and their 7-post chassis dynamics test center. This means you get a harmonious, pre-configured setup that balances sportiness with practicality, reducing body roll for more direct and sporty handling. The INOX-LINE stainless steel construction provides true permanent corrosion resistance, meaning the struts won't corrode even after years of ride height adjustments. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation while maximizing strength. Even after years of use, adjusting the ride height is easy thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar.

Each damper is individually tested on a dyno before leaving KW's headquarters in Fichtenberg, Germany, ensuring functionality and accuracy. The kit also includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, maintaining ride quality and durability.
