Starting with the INOX-LINE stainless steel construction, these KW V1 coilovers are built to resist corrosion, even when you're adjusting the ride height. This means that even after years of use, you can still easily dial in your preferred stance thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar. KW engineers develop a specific damper setup and spring rate for each vehicle application, drawing on extensive testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife and their 7-post chassis dynamics test center.

This approach ensures an optimal balance between sportiness and practicality, giving you a more direct and sporty handling feel with reduced body roll during compression. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, contributing to long-term durability. The composite spring perches are made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation while maintaining strength.

With KW V1 coilovers, you can achieve a maximum lowering within an approved range, ensuring proper suspension function and adequate travel. Each damper is individually tested at KW's headquarters in Fichtenberg, Germany, and given a unique serial number, reflecting the hand-built nature of these performance suspension components.
