KW engineers develop a specific damper setup and spring rate for each vehicle application, drawing on extensive testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife and their 7-post chassis dynamics test center. The INOX-LINE stainless steel construction ensures excellent corrosion resistance, even with frequent ride height adjustments, thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collars. Each strut is individually serial-numbered and dyno-tested at their German headquarters to guarantee accuracy and functionality.

This kit includes everything needed for installation, featuring elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep contaminants away from the piston rod and seals. The composite spring perches are wear-resistant and friction-optimized, preventing oxidation while maximizing strength with their stainless-steel inserts.
