The KW V1 INOX-LINE coilover kit starts with a foundation of truly permanent corrosion resistance thanks to its Inox-Line stainless steel construction. This means that even after years of use, adjusting the ride height remains easy because the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar won't seize up. This kit is designed for a wide range of Audi vehicles, including models like the A4, S4, A5, and S5 from the B8 generation, offering a balanced and sporty feel tailored specifically for each application. Our engineers develop a unique damper setup and spring rate for each vehicle, balancing sportiness with practicality for long-lasting driving enjoyment.

KW's engineers put these kits through rigorous testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in their 7-post chassis dynamics test center to develop the vehicle-specific damper tuning and spring rates. This ensures that body roll is reduced during compression, giving you a more genuine and direct sporty handling experience. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, contributing to durability. The composite spring perches, made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, prevent oxidation while maximizing strength. Each damper is dyno tested before leaving the factory in Germany, and the kit comes with a limited lifetime warranty with unlimited mileage.
