KW Coilover Kit V1 Mini Mini (R56) Coupe (exc Cooper S Cooper D JCW)

This KW V1 INOX-LINE coilover kit includes four stainless steel coilover struts, corrosion-resistant springs, bump stops, and integrated dust protection systems. It's designed to give your 2007-2013 Mini Cooper a balanced and sporty feel while allowing you to adjust the ride height. The engineers at KW have pre-tuned the damping and spring rates specifically for your Mini, aiming for an optimal blend of sportiness and everyday practicality.

The INOX-LINE stainless steel construction means these coilovers are truly resistant to corrosion, even where the ride height is adjusted using the dirt-resistant trapezoid threads and composite adjustment collars. This makes adjusting your ride height easy, even after years of use. The composite spring perches, made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless steel insert, prevent oxidation and ensure strength. Elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, contributing to long-term durability and maintaining ride quality.

KW develops each coilover kit with extensive testing, including on the Nurburgring Nordschleife and in their 7-post chassis dynamics test center, to ensure a vehicle-specific setup. This means you get a harmonious, pre-configured setup that reduces body roll during cornering, leading to more direct and sporty handling. Each kit is hand-built in Germany and receives an individual serial number, with every damper dyno-tested before shipping.
