KW Coilover Kit V1 Volkswagen Golf VIII R w/o Electronic Dampers

This KW V1 INOX-LINE coilover kit includes the front and rear coilover struts, bump stops with integrated dust protection, and composite spring perches. It's designed specifically for your 2022-2025 Volkswagen Golf R, excluding models with electronic dampers. This kit is the starting point for street performance, offering a balanced and sporty feel tuned by KW's engineers for long-lasting driving enjoyment.

The INOX-LINE stainless steel construction means these struts are truly corrosion-resistant, even where you adjust the ride height. This makes adjusting your vehicle's stance easy, even after years of use, thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread and composite adjustment collar. KW engineers develop a specific damper setup and spring rate for each vehicle application, tested on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in their 7-post chassis dynamics test center. This ensures an optimal balance of sportiness and practicality, reducing body roll for more direct and sporty handling.

The preset damping and vehicle-specific spring rates are tuned to provide an optimum balance of sportiness and comfort. Elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection help prevent water and dirt from reaching the piston rod and seals, maintaining ride quality and durability. Each coilover strut is hand-built in Germany, given an individual serial number, and dyno-tested before release.
