KW's TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology is key here. It manages oil flow differently at low and high speeds. At slower suspension movements, like when you're just cruising, a small amount of oil flows through an adjustable, conical bypass. But when the suspension moves quickly, like over bumps or during hard cornering, the main rebound valve opens up for maximum oil flow. This design helps improve ride comfort without sacrificing control during more demanding driving. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide that prevents oxidation, working with the stainless steel to make ride height adjustments easy, even after years of use.
