The core of the V2 system is its TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This allows you to adjust the rebound damping with 16 precise clicks, giving you direct influence over your car's handling and ride comfort. You can dial in a firmer, more performance-oriented feel or a more comfortable ride without affecting the compression damping, which KW engineers have already precisely tuned for each specific vehicle application. The struts themselves are constructed from Inox-line stainless steel, offering true permanent corrosion resistance that won't wear off, even with frequent ride height adjustments. The composite spring perches are made from a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide that prevents oxidation while the stainless steel insert ensures strength.

KW develops these kits with vehicle-specific damper settings, rigorously tested on the Nurburgring Nordschleife and in their own 7-post driving dynamics test center. This ensures that the suspension performs as intended, offering a more dynamic and direct driving experience. The kit also includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep contaminants away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability.
