Starting with the Inox-Line Stainless Steel construction, these KW V2 coilovers are built for the long haul, offering true permanent corrosion resistance that won't wear off even after years of ride height adjustments. This means you can easily dial in your preferred stance on vehicles like the BMW 335i, 340i, 435i, or M240i without worrying about seized collars. The kit is designed for drivers who want more than just a lower look; it's about enhancing the driving experience with a more dynamic and direct feel.

At the heart of the V2 system is the TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This advanced system allows for 16 precise clicks of adjustment for the rebound damping. You can easily tune the suspension to be more comfortable for daily driving or firmer for spirited performance, all without affecting the compression damping which has been expertly pre-tuned by KW's engineers. This fine-tuning capability, developed and tested on the Nurburgring and in their 7-post driving dynamic test center, gives you direct influence over your car's handling and comfort. The kit also includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, further contributing to the system's durability.

The composite spring perch, made from a wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, prevents oxidation and ensures maximum strength while allowing for easy height adjustment. Every KW coilover is hand-built in Germany and given a unique serial number, with each damper dyno-tested before release to ensure accuracy. This kit allows for maximum lowering within an approved range, ensuring proper suspension function and adequate travel after installation.
