These settings are developed and tested on demanding tracks like the Nurburgring and in KW's own 7-post driving dynamics test center, ensuring vehicle-specific tuning.

The core of the V2 system is KW's TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This advanced system allows for a nuanced adjustment of rebound damping. At low speeds, a small amount of oil flows through an adjustable, conical bypass, contributing to ride comfort. When the damper moves faster, the main rebound valve opens, allowing more oil flow. This design improves ride quality without negatively impacting the suspension's response during spirited driving. The composite spring perches are made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless steel insert, preventing oxidation and ensuring easy, long-lasting ride height adjustment thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread.

Each KW coilover kit is hand-built in Germany and receives a unique serial number. Before shipping, every damper is dyno-tested to confirm accuracy and preset to KW's recommended settings.
