KW Coilover Kit V2 BMW 3series G20 M340i RWD w/o EDC Sedan (exc. M3)

The KW V2 INOX-LINE coilover kit uses stainless steel struts and corrosion-resistant components for long-term durability. This kit is designed for drivers who want to fine-tune their vehicle's handling and appearance. It fits a range of BMW models, including the 330i, M340i, and 430i, allowing you to achieve a sportier stance and improved driving dynamics.

At the heart of the V2 system is KW's TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology. This allows for 16 precise clicks of adjustment to the rebound damping, letting you dial in your preferred balance between ride comfort and body control. The engineers at KW develop vehicle-specific damper settings, tested extensively on the Nurburgring and in their own driving dynamics test center, to ensure optimal performance. The composite spring perch, made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless steel insert, prevents oxidation and ensures easy ride height adjustment even after years of use, thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoid thread.

Each KW coilover strut is hand-built in Germany and receives a unique serial number. Before leaving the factory, every damper is dyno-tested to ensure accuracy and preset to KW's recommended settings. The kit includes elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection to keep contaminants away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability and maintaining ride quality.
